March 1, 2001 - Due to financial and time constraints, Rockitz is canceling its plans to produce a line of high power rocketry kits and accessories. Supplier issues and financing woes have lead us to make this decision.
High power rocketry is a very limited market and the time money and energy needed to produce and distribute quality kits is beyond our scope at this time. The added fallout from the BATF lawsuit is likely to reduce the market even further and we are just not ready to make the financial commitment necessary.
If the hobby continues to grow and the market increases in the future, Rockitz may reevaluate their position in the market and move forward with production of our product line.
