Las Vegas, Nevada USA - AeroTech Consumer Aerospace the leader in high power rocketry propulsion and it's parent company Industrial Solid Propulsion (ISP), Inc. Have announced their acquisition by Rocket Adventure LLC a newly formed limited liability corporation.
RocketAdventure is a partnership formed by Ken Biba, Michael Reiner & John Cocker. Mike Reiner is founder of Dr. Rocket LLC. Dr. Rocket has been the only company licensed to manufacture reloadable motor systems based on AeroTech's patents. John Coker is a software engineer in the Silicon Valley and an avid high power rocketry enthusiast. Ken Biba is and experienced rocketeer and a long time user of AeroTech & Dr. Rocket products.
Gary Rosenfield, who founded AeroTech and co-founded ISP, will remain as co-owner and CEO of both companies. The acquisition will allow AeroTech and ISP to move forward with more aggressive marketing and product line expansion strategies. AeroTech and ISP will continue to provide their customers with the same quality products and service that they have come to expect.
