Overview

I have always loved scale models and my level III rocket is no exception to that rule. My level III project is a scratch built .578 Scale Patriot Missile.
It is boosted from an 8-ft. rail launcher to an approximate altitude of 5,945 Feet above Lucerne dry lake by an Aerotech M 1419 motor.

The recovery system consists of Two Altimeters each detonating a 4-gram black powder deployment charge at apogee. This deploys The Rocket Man R19 parachute from its nomex deployment bag.
